For the past decade, we've been dedicated to transforming the lives of children and families experiencing homelessness; offering compassion, shelter, and a path forward.

This special milestone is more than a celebration of all we have accomplished together, it's an invitation to invest in the future of families in our community. Whether you attend in person or support from afar, your involvement helps create lasting change.

About Us

Family Promise of Greater Concord is a community-based nonprofit working to prevent and end homelessness for families with children. Through shelter, case management, and partnerships with local agencies, congregations, and hundreds of dedicated volunteers, we provide not just a place to stay - but a foundation for lasting stability.

Since opening our doors in 2015, we've walked alongside hundreds of families facing crisis, offering compassionate, personalized support to help them achieve long-term stability. Our approach is rooted in dignity, collaboration, and the belief that every child deserves a home.
