Family Promise of Greater Concord is a community-based nonprofit working to prevent and end homelessness for families with children. Since opening our doors in 2015, we've walked alongside hundreds of families facing crisis, offering compassionate, personalized support to help them achieve long-term stability. Our approach is rooted in dignity, collaboration, and the belief that every child deserves a home.
